Buyer still owns truthful process data; this intermediary does not become the plant’s welding engineer.
Limitations you should expect: a catalog wattage is not a qualified weld; a door-open interlock on the source is not a room assessment; a CE mark on a control cabinet does not cover the whole cell; a handheld torch does not prove an automated gantry.
